  • Where are the online coaching sessions offered?
    Our coaching sessions are conducted via video call or as otherwise agreed upon. We ask that you find a quiet and private space for the sessions, free from distractions, to make the most of our time together.
  • What payment options are available for online coaching?
    We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and Apple Pay for online coaching sessions and programs.
  • When do I need to pay for coaching services?
    Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and PayPal. For some of our services payment can be made in 3 easy installments via a third party payment service provider, Klarna.
  • Can I reschedule my 1-2-1 online coaching session?
    We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours before the session's scheduled start time. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative time.
  • Can I cancel my online coaching session and receive a refund?
    Yes, you can cancel and receive a refund. However, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours prior to any booked session and we will refund you in full minus £15 administration fee. If cancellation is within 24 hours of your booked session, the full price of the coaching session will be charged.
  • If I booked a coaching package, can I cancel and receive a refund?
    Cancellation 24 Hours Before First Session: If you decide to cancel your coaching package at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the first session, you are entitled to a full refund, minus a £15 administration fee. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of First Session: Should you choose to cancel your package within 24 hours of the scheduled start of the first session, the full price of one coaching session will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded. Subsequent Cancellations: If you cancel the coaching package after attending the first session, the full price per coaching session, plus the cost of one session, will be charged, and the rest of the package amount will be refunded.

  • How will I receive my digital purchase?
    Upon completing your purchase you will be immediately provided a download link to your product(s). You will also be emailed a link to your download(s).   • How fast can I expect my stuff?
    iSayIt Ltd aims to process orders for products in stock within 1 working day, and ship all mainland UK orders within 5 working days. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take a little longer. As personalised items or orders produced on demand, take a little more time to create, and we are sometimes reliant on third party companies to fulfill the order, this can take up to 3 or 4 weeks to receive. We do, however, endeavor to process your order within 3 working days. If you have not received your items in a reasonable time-frame, please contact us on with heading 'Where is my stuff'.

  • Can I return items?
    We really hope you love your iSayIt products. If you are not entirely happy please notify us on You must return your unwanted products for a refund within 10 working days from the day you received the products. The products, including their original packaging, must be returned “as new” in a saleable condition. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage or accept returns of personalised items, unless this is due to a manufacturing error. This provision does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
